i had a twin bed room with lounge access. it was spacious and clean. the lounge added luxury with snacks and drinks. concierge fernando offered excellent tips for exploring. his support made a big difference.
i found that some employees seemed overworked. they were too busy to do anything but process people. the forced smiles felt a little sad.

George at reception accommodated an early check-in. I felt so grateful to rest. the staff displayed warmth, and i really liked the twice-daily cleaning service! i found the rooftop pool at the 54th level to be an amazing experience. The bar was great. i received excellent itinerary advice from the concierge. I felt prepared for my excursions.

They answered questions with patience and clarity. i found the concierge services especially valuable, with personalized recommendations making my stay so much more enjoyable. i also received prompt assistance with luggage and transportation arrangements. I felt cared for.

The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of international and local dishes. It was scrumptious!!! i noticed fresh juices and pastries, and live cooking stations are available. I started my day well. i savored dishes prepared with high-quality ingredients.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, near the underground station. i could easily access various attractions and shopping destinations. I felt central to everything. the connection to the underground made exploring the city so easy.

The hotel provided complimentary fruit and sweets in the afternoons. I appreciated the prompt responses I received to my emails before my arrival. The fitness center included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area had about twenty loungers plus a shaded section.
The mini bar locked because the hotel didn't accept the card block.

The room provided a clear view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I loved this, and all toiletries were replenished daily, convenient.

Breakfast offered diverse choices. I found a dedicated omelet station a bonus. The restaurant staff remembered coffee orders daily. The club lounge featured very good food of high quality, but I did think that the choice was a little limited.

i liked the gym. it had treadmills and weights. the breakfast had a wide variety of pastries and fresh fruit. the room had a separate seating area and a balcony with city views.
the pool area was crowded, so it was hard to find a lounger. the in-room coffee machine was difficult to use and leaked a bit.
